All of our villas and cottages come with a full kitchen and stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, laundry room, walk-in closets, full front and back porches with the option of adding a screened-in porch or sunroom. Two payment options are available: A monthly rental option or a lifelease option with partial reimbursement upon move out.
